Here at Efficient Steel Solution, we have developed a new production system for the fabrication of steel-based construction panels.

Traditionally, steel construction-panels have been limited to CFS (cold formed steel), and had to be sold on the indirect benefits (lower waste, less time on site etc) because the panels themselves were more expensive than a lumber-based equivalent.

Efficient Steel Solutions has broken this barrier. Using our proprietary estimating and production system, panels can now be

• Built stronger through the inclusion of structural steel members (HSS and Paco)
• Estimated better through the use of our software system with all labor & materials details pre-loaded
• Stamped faster through the inclusion of generated drawings for attachment details
• Produced cheaper than even their direct lumber-based equivalent
• Delivered cheaper than their steel competitors with localized production
• Installed cheaper than either competitors, with all site materials kitted to the panel in the factory

Efficient Steel Solutions is looking for companies in the panelized construction business to become licensees of the ESS production system.
